Introduction of application:
To weigh Star Brand gum base according to formula, put the gum base into oven with temperature of 60℃-80℃ for around 30-50 minutes. After the gum base is softened, put the gum base into pre-heated mixer and mix it together with sugar powder, glucose syrup, flavor and other ingredients evenly. After that, convey it to shape-forming workshop. The mixing time depends on equipments. Generally it takes around 10-15 minutes.

Suggested mixing technics:
01、
Put preheated gum base ( around 50℃) into pre-heated mixer ( around 50℃), put the pre-heated glucose syrup at temperature of 45℃-50℃ and around half of sugar powder and half of flavor and few processing scrap into mixer and mix them for 3 to 5 minutes until the materials are even.

Put the remained sugar powder and flavor into mixer and mix them for 3 to 4 minutes until the materials are even.
03、
Put glycerin into the mixer and mix them for 3 to 4 minutes until the materials are even, then discharge the materials and send the materials to section of shape-forming.
